Illegal immigrants = slaves

Stop me if you've heard this before, but when

• Vincente Fox says illegal Mexicans in the US "do work that blacks refuse to do." and
• Michael Bloomberg says the economy would collapse without illegal immigrant labor

are they not saying that illegals are the new class of slaves in the USA?
