At the far left of your screeen, you will find a photograph of the obnoxious professor Ward Churchill.
Greer has most recently put herself in the limelight by calling the late Diana Spencer "devious, slow and disturbed." Her last public appearance hitherto was to characterize Steve Irwin, the day after his death, as a typical Aussie Larrikan. Professor Greer, for all her temerity, apparently lacks the courage to criticize anyone who is still living, and might defend him/herself.
Churchill has most recently put, um, himself in the limelight by refusing to accept the 8-to-one decision of his colleagues at the University of Colorado to fire him. Churchill will make a big show of claiming he was fired because of the obnoxious remarks he made just after the September 11th attacks (coincidentally attacking people who are not still living and able to defend themselves). The Board of Regents claims that the firing stems from Churchill's having falsified and plagiarized information used in his "research."
Whatever the reason for the Churchill firing, and whatever sort of post-menopausal cramp causes Greer to be so hateful, Blogger1947 has to ask why so many so-called liberal pundits are so butt-ugly, and so often in the same fashion.

I think it's only fair that you post a picture of yourself. After all, you
may be some kind of gorgeous Adonis and thus be holding these letter folks
to a more severe standard of pulchritude which most of us unwashed ill-bred
common outcasts cannot hope to meet.
