When Saws are outlawed, only criminals will have saws

It's time for Mayor Bloomberg and Sarah Brady to get busy, before the "saw culture" grows any larger. Quoting from NY1 News:
Tareyton Williams , a Bronx man was arrested Thursday in connection with a portable power saw attack on another man in a Morningside Heights subway station early this morning. ...
[A man] was attacked as he came through the turnstile by Williams, who was yelling and waving two power saws in the air. The attack was apparently unprovoked.
[Williams] is now facing charges of attempted murder, robbery and criminal possession of a weapon.
[The victim said] that transit workers present at the time of the attack did nothing to help him. ...The power saws used in the attack belonged to contracted crews working at the subway station and were later recovered in a trash can.
